JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Quest Search & Selection is working with a stunning 5* Hotel, part of international hotel chain based in Qatar looking for a Beverage Manager.
As the Beverage Manager you would be responsible for beverage operations in the hotel outlets.
The Beverage Manager will be responsible for:
• Beverage menu planning
• Maintaining hotel standards regarding the beverages served in the property
• Beverage inventory control
• Training of all service staff – beverage
• Assists the F&B operation during peak hours
• Actively in getting guests feedback and building relationships
Salary:
QAR
11,000 to 13,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing, Transport allowance, Family status
REQUIREMENTS
Personal Requirements of the Beverage Manager:
• Minimum 2 years as Beverage Manager in luxury 5* hotels
• Experience in International 5* hotels
• Experience in creating beverage menu
• Outgoing personality
• Team focused
• Strong guest relation builder
• Middle East Experience is preferred
• Hospitality degree is a must
• Fluent in English
The Benefits
Salary package offered is QAR 11,000 – 13,000, housing, transportation allowance, yearly tickets (family status).
