JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Receives in-coming, out-going mail, telephone calls, guest, and handles in proper professional manner.
- Receiving Phone calls
- Coordinating, consolidating relevant information and evaluates the most effective means and options available to resolve/address and respond to issues in an expedient and appropriate manner.
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information in an appropriate format.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence, spreadsheets and databases
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates must be in Qatar.
- Minimum 3 years experience required as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in a reputable company.
- Must have at least Higher Secondary School. Bachelor is preferred.
- Diploma in Office Administration, Computer (MS Office) will be an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic.
