About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compliance Business Analyst to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in operational analysis,
compliance, or legal frameworks, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets its legal and
regulatory obligations while optimizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong legal or business education and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document the organization's compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that the organization must adhere to.
• Process Mapping and Analysis: Develop and map existing compliance and regulatory reporting processes. Conduct thorough analyses to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, ensuring that the organization fulfills its compliance obligations effectively.
• System Evaluation and Recommendations: Assess the organization’s current systems and technologies to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
• Provide well-founded recommendations for new or updated systems, tools, and automation to enhance compliance and reporting activities.
• Reporting and Dashboard Design: Design robust reporting templates and dashboards that enable the organization to track, monitor, and analyze compliance and regulatory
• data. Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and data visualization techniques to ensure clear and actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and IT departments, to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing management of compliance and reporting processes.
• Facilitate communication between teams to align on objectives and execution.
• Change Management: Play a key role in managing organizational change during the implementation of new compliance and reporting systems or processes.
• Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption by end-users, and address any challenges that arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor compliance and reporting activities on an ongoing basis.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend updates, and ensure the
• organization remains compliant with evolving regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with LLB (BCom LLB) or Business Administration with LLB (BBA LLB).
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on operational analysis, compliance, or legal aspects within an organization.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to business operations.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including process mapping, gap analysis, and risk assessment.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and report preparation.
• Familiarity with compliance management software and legal research tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex legal and business concepts to non-technical
• stakeholders effectively.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Qatar.

• Operational Analysis:
• Strong background in analyzing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Compliance & Legal:
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and legal frameworks in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in conducting compliance audits and developing policies to ensure
• adherence to legal standards.

Communication & Documentation:
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Skilled in preparing detailed reports, business cases, and compliance documentation.
