JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Salary:
QAR 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with a company in Facility Management field.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field
• Proven working experience as a business development in the local market.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent computer skills
• Market knowledge
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
