Key job accountabilities

  • Coordinate the various services that allow the project site to operate efficiently, such as site services, secretarial, mail routing.
  • Administration of conference planning, travel coordination and interfaces with general services personnel and travel desk.
  • Provide support for office materials procurement & control, telecommunications interface, security and access control implementation. Acquire, distribute, and store supplies.
  • Coordinate vehicle fleet, parking and building maintenance control with relevant functions.
  • Coordinate with project team to provide services required by EPC contractor during site mobilization.
  • Ensure office facilities are maintained and in good order by ordering repairs and maintenance services for office facilities, equipment, and vehicles through EPCM contractor as appropriate.
  • Make physical arrangements for staff mobilizations to site and intra-office moves. Maintain and coordinate visitor office(s) assignments.
  • Arrange RLIC, plant, port and construction site passes and IDs for staff and visitors.
  • Arrange special onsite and offsite activities including award ceremonies, secure bid evaluation sites and team building.
  • Maintain company asset files for computers, telephone, radios etc.

Qualifications (mandatory)

  • A degree in a related discipline or 10 years of experience in a related role

Knowledge and/or experience

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the oil, gas or petrochemical industry
  • Experience in both a project and an operating company environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS products: Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer
