JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Handling the operations of camp consisting occupancy status.
• Prepare and checking forms, invoices and accommodation details, man-days and other expense charts
• Monitoring all the health and safety related issues, monitoring the entire camp safety systems and advice for avoiding hazards.
• Maintain entire accommodation details and update Human Resources Manager accordingly.
• Monitoring all the maintenance of the camps and updating the maintenance reports given by the maintenance supervisors
• Assumes responsibilities related to camp inventory and monitoring the store keepers job on daily basis.
• Preparation of different MIS reports.
• Daily inspect and raise safety, hygiene, quality-control, quantity-control, food-cost, internal cleaning of store, kitchen, mess, accommodation, camps, hygiene, etc
• Manage labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp, Safety& security Ensure discipline in the camp.
• Check that all staff complaints are addressed with the necessary services required (i.e. Plumbing, Electrical, carpentry, all type of AC & civil jobs)
• Investigates on problems of laborers at work ; gives recommendations and support to HR team members to follow up and resolve.
• Follows up on laborers major medical and emergency cases including work accidents and outbreak of diseases.
• Maintains records for the use of catering & laundry services and the expenditure of materials in the camp and issue daily / weekly and monthly status reports for management and finance department requirements
• Performs regular tours and spot check on laborers dormitories and other related facilities and follows up on remedial action in case of any finding
• Responsible for control of the entire manpower accommodated in the camp and maintain the complete details of the camp such as present beds occupancy, toilets, showers, kitchen/mess facilities available etc.
• Ensure that cleaners, security men, watchmen etc., are performing their duties properly.
• Responsible for camp safety, cleanliness, arrangement of water and ensure that electricity is not wasted by the employees. Ensure that first aid is readily available for his camp employees.
• Ensure that employees maintain discipline at camp.
• Maintenance the records relating to the removal of sewage water and garbage from the camp premises..
REQUIREMENTS
• At Least Five Years of Experience in Managing Camp Issues (Facilities and Manpower Management).
• Qatar Resident is a Must.
• Transferable NOC.
• Has to be “Very Good” with multiple administrative skills that allow him to meet & ensure the fulfillment of the complicated and diverse requirements of that project.
