Position Title: Chef de Cuisine – Hunters Steakhouse/Grill
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K QAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and family benefits

Job Description:
• Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, skewering meat and vegetables; and braising and grilling meat and vegetables
• Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption
• Preventing cross-contamination while preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences
• Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that your workstation always remains clean and orderly
• Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• At least 5 years in the same role & must be from meat culinary background
