JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is representing a Main Contractor that has just been awarded a new 40 storey hotel in Doha.
We have a requirement for a Commercial Manager on this project .
We are looking for anyone with experience in complex ‘buildings’ developments, this can be high-rise or low rise, hotels, residential, commercial, malls etc.
Our client operates a broad mandate across a variety of buildings projects in Doha, and this latest award while substantial is merely an addition to an already impressive portfolio / pipeline of new work.
REQUIREMENTS
Only candidates with experience in Qatar can be considered at this stage.
* Civil or Quantity Surveying degree
* Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience
* Must have worked on major buildings construction developments and managed an multi cultural workforce
* Knowledge of FIDIC
* MMUP / UPDA accredited is preferred
* Advantageous if MRICS accredited
