Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist – Qatar
CLIENT
Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Arabic-speaking Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive compensation and benefits programme
• Conducting market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits packages
• Designing and administering employee recognition programmes
• Staying up to date with industry best practices in compensation and benefits
• Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the rewards programmes
• Partnering with HR leadership to achieve strategic business goals
Requirements:
PROFILE• 3-5 years’ experience in compensation and benefits or similar HR field
• Strong track record of designing and implementing successful rewards programmes
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
