JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Support the Senior Contracts Specialist in effective performance management of outsourced contracts delivering
• Effectively implement, measure and monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support monthly performance meetings with key suppliers
• Effective interface with key stakeholders across Ashghal.
• Work towards driving improved contractor performance, encouraging innovation and supporting best practice.
Requirements:
• 10 years + Contracts/supply chain leadership experience with extensive experience of developing and implementing Contracts policies and procedures.• Knowledge of tendering and bid preparation in a competitive market.
