JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

* Minimum 3 years customer service experience
* Managing open tickets between Customers and maintenance team.

REQUIREMENTS

* Arranging and following up spare parts quotations.
* Dealing with any occurring customer complains.
* Coordinating between customers and concerned divisions.
* Working under pressure and meetings deadlines.
