JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is assisting a major contracting organisation who is working on an airport project in Qatar on all their recruitment activities. We are currently looking for a Cost Control Manager to undertake the following tasks:
- Asses the financial performance of the project analyzing revenues, costs, risks and margin trends.
- Budget monitoring, follow up and control with the cost control team
- Preparation of Monthly Cost Reports
- Develop and implement the 'Earn Value management' software
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Cost control or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Cost Management
- Experienced in Qatar working for a Contractor
- Locally available in Qatar
