JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
•Manage a team of customer service staff
•Prepare and develop a customer service policy and procedure
•Attend meetings with customers whenever required
•Train staff to deliver a high level of customer service
•Recruit, train and mentor staff
•Prepare regular and annual reports including budgets
REQUIREMENTS
•Degree qualified
•Min 5 years’ Customer Service Experience within District Cooling sector
•Excellent management and coordination skills
•Understanding of customer support technologies
•Arabic national preferred but not essential
