Customer Services PRM-PTC Agent II (Sri Lanka & Philippines Event) - Qatar Aviation Services - Doha

The selected candidate will be responsible to transport passengers with reduced mobility, VIP passengers and unaccompanied minors within the Passenger Terminal Complex (departure, transfers and arrivals) whilst complying with utmost safety, further assist passengers in loading and unloading of luggage from the buggy or wheelchair, ensuring the equipment is in good running condition and communicate efficiently with the zone supervisors to accomplish all given task. Reporting any incident or accident on the spot to immediate in charge. Assisting senior PRM/ PTC Agents in daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS

The applicant should be high school educated with minimum of 2 years experience in heavy/light vehicle driving in a multinational/hospitality organization, be well groomed with a polite and courteous character to maintain the image of the company and keep positive working relationships. Read, write, speak and understand the English Language fluently.
