JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
This employment opportunity if for a large IT company in Qatar.
As a Management Lead, you will be responsible for the below:
• Implement Master Data Management solutions and Data Governance Programs
• Implement Data Quality measures like Profiling, Defining Metrics, Scorecards, Standards, policies, and visual analytics to support MDM and Data Governance initiatives.
• Analysis, architecture, design, and development of Enterprise Integrations for MDM solutions.
• Create/modify technical and business solutions architectures (logical and physical).
• Develop highly performant, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Author, oversee and gain approval of deliverables / documents for client delivery work.
• Provide meaningful feedback and coaching of other team members to successfully overcome technological challenges.
• Lead and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts to teams.
• Provide thought leadership on how clients can achieve their data management strategies and objectives.
• Help clients establish robust Data Governance Programs, emphasizing data ownership.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Data Governance across the client's organization.
• Develop and implement plans for Enterprise Data Governance programs, including defining KPIs for monitoring results, and lead the overall implementation process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Management & Governance.• Candidates based in Qatar (having Qatar experience) are preferred.
• Relevant hands-on experience in setting end-to-end data management platforms.
• Relevant technology expertise in cloud technologies, data integration and master data management.
• Experience in the implementation of Data Governance capabilities.
• Knowledge on technology selection for implementation.
