JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Design and delivery focused architects have an established operation in UAE and Qatar, with a portfolio of large mixed use, commercial, institutional, hotel, retail and residential developments across the GCC and MENA.
With an established design and delivery teams in Abu Dhabi and Doha, they are seeking a number of new talented professionals to join their team.
Design Managers are invited to apply for opportunities in Doha, Qatar.
Architects with project management and design management experience, will be managing client relationships, from the outset of projects, liaising with internal design teams, and ensuring quality delivery and success of project objectives and deadllines.
REQUIREMENTS
This individual will ideally be in the GCC right now, or have had previous GCC experience in a Senior Architect or Design Manager capacity.
With around 15 years experience post graduation of a Architecture Degree, this individual will be working within a consultancy environment in the UAE, ideally and have experience leading large mixed use projects.
Qatar experience would be ideal, if not, wider GCC experience is required.
Design appreciation, strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills to drive the internal design team, lead the client relationships and sub consultant and contractor liaison.
The ability to work in Qatar is Necessary for applying.
