JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Director Of Spa & Recreation Up To 14k Qar++ For A 5-Star Hotel In Qatar
• Manages and supervises all areas of the spa and recreation including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff
• Knowledge of the management and operation of recreation facilities and equipment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced client driven environment
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to ANY nationals, preferably European
• Male/Female, 45 y/o and below
• At least with a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related certification
• Must have corporate experience with reputable hotel brands and chains, and with experience in the Middle East (Kuwait, Qatar, UAE etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in the health clubs, resorts or hotels
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (Arabic and English)
• Effective decision-making and negotiation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to relocate in Doha, Qatar and can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work location: Doha, Qatar
Salary is up to 14,000 QAR plus accommodation, transportation depending on years of experience and qualifications
