JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As part of a 900 Million QAR project our client has the requirement for an ELV Design Engineer for a High Rise Buildings Scheme to be based in Qatar.
The project itself is composed of a number of high rise buildings and the client is operating as the main contractor for the project.
This development has a 2 year scheduled completion plan.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction (MEP Division) field
- BSc Electrical Engineering
- Must be experienced in design of Commercial & Residential Building ELV Systems and supervises a team of Electrical Draughtsmen
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Prepare shop drawings for Fire Alarm, Structural Cabling, Telecom Data & WLAN System, IPTV System, CCTV and AC System, AV and BGM Systems
- Knowledge in MOI, NFPA, Civil defence and KAHRAMA requirements
Desirable Skills:
- UPDA & QCDD accredited
