JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Reviews and issues approval of building internal electrical, installation drawings for the building permit application
- Does the approval to obtain best way for premises/electrical connections from Electricity Networks
- Compares electricity installation of bulk customer buildings according to the approved drawings/specifications
- Inspects and supervises the electricity connection procedures to the premises
- Prepares technical Reports for any case declared byHead of Section
- Supervises material used in electricity installation report raised by the inspector
- Discusses and supervises with the electrical contractors to declare defect reports accordingly to corporate rules and regulations
- Studies the electrical performance and issues by building permit approval
- Specifies the size/type of connection for customers premises
- Detects internal network pressure tests, approves materials and layouts of electrical wirings and individual connection as was previous approved.
- Detects and supervises the type/size connection for any premises
- Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the immediate supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years experience in building services
