JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are urgently seeking an Enterprise Content Management Specialist to join their team in Doha.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing, implementing, and managing the company’s content management systems, ensuring secure, accessible, and compliant digital content management
• Driving digital transformation through ECM technologies and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional team to gather requirements and design solutions
• Overseeing the configuration and optimisation of ECM platforms, managing content workflows, and ensuring data integrity & security
• Overseeing training, supporting users, and performing regular system audits
• Staying abreast of the latest ECM trends and technologies
• Developing and deploying document management systems
• Assessing system effectiveness, recommending and implementing improvements and enhancements
Requirements:
PROFILE• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar subject
• 5 years’ minimum experience with enterprise content management systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, or Alfresco
• Certifications in ECM, such as AIIM’s Certified Information Professional (CIP) or Microsoft’s SharePoint certifications would be advantageous
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
• Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be preferred
