Charterhouse is working with a distinguished luxury international hotel brand, renowned for delivering unparalleled hospitality experience. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Entertainment Manager to join their team and elevate guest satisfaction through captivating entertainment initiatives.
This role requires an experienced Entertainment Manager who will be instrumental in creating and executing a diverse range of entertainment activities from start to finish. This position demands a strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality/entertainment function.
The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of an event from; negotiating and collaborating with local talent, production companies and industry professionals, managing the financials and ensuring events remain within budget as well as overseeing any marketing efforts such as creating advertisements or organising promotional events.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold an Event Management, Hospitality or a Public Relations Degree and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in entertainment management within the luxury hotel space.The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and budget management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively for top tier guest entertainment experience.
