Key responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for the overall coordination of the EPRS Division RSS management system and needs to be available during daily working hours and on standby at night for any potential pipeline and cable emergency repair situations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for updating the current activated RSS, following through until completion of RSS.
  • During a normal day, responsible for any EPRS stakeholdersu2019 meetings, engagements and improvement processes.
  • Maintaining and monitoring the EPRS RSS management system and repair execution plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organising, attending, and participating in EPRS stakeholder meetings and distributing minutes to all team members.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from EPRS meetings.
  • Preparing necessary PowerPoint presentations for meetings, events, workshops and other ad-hoc requirements.
  • Monitoring the daily progress of EPRS projects, determining project changes and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Providing administrative support as needed, undertaking EPRS project tasks as required.
  • Supporting EPRS engineers in developing EPRS project strategies and ensuring EPRS projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assessing EPRS project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Keeping track of the EPRS project, initiating goal setting and planning phase, through to project completion.
  • Expediting contractors and internal EPRS personnel deliverables to ensure milestones and schedules are met.
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating the projects and work schedules chart in a timely manner to coordinate the mobilisation and later demobilisation of contractors.
  • Ensuring field presence and supervision of vendors and contractors for effective and efficient execution within the schedule.
  • Ensuring completion of QA/QC, HSE procedure and u201cPermit for Worku201d in place at worksites.
  • Reviewing and managing department training requirements and coordinating all mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including arrangements for all personnel.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum bacheloru2019s degree in engineering or other similar disciplines relating to upstream oil and gas from a recognised university.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant oil and gas industry experience in a similar role.
  • Experienced in operation and execution coordination.
  • Experience in material, vessel, mobilisation/demobilisation, offshore and onshore operations coordination.
  • Valid IMDG certificate, PMP, or certification in transportation and logistics.
  • Computer literate (including SAP and Microsoft products).
  • Good command of English; shall read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate priority.
  • Self-starter, self-management, self-drive and ability to work without close monitoring.
  • Resilient under pressure (both internal and external).
  • Strong ability to deal with competing priorities and complex issues.
