Executive Assistant – Qatar
CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are seeking a bilingual Arabic- and English-speaking Executive Assistant to join their team in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
• Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
• Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
• Organising and maintaining the office filing system
• Ensuring office supplies are adequate
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements
• Overseeing expenses and preparing reports

Requirements:
PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or similar field
• 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Ideally have a background of working in the Middle East
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Arabic and English

Salary:
QAR 8,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
