About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in project management and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct research and prepare reports as required.
• Travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
• Manage and organize documents and files.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (mandatory) with a Postgraduate or Diploma in
• Business Administration.
• Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Qatar.

• Expert in managing multiple priorities, calendars, and event planning

• Excellent communication skills, effective interaction with executives and teams
