We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position of Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Coordinator. He/she should have experience & good knowledge of furniture brands and up to date trends

• Assist the Design team in establishing an FF&E library according to the approved RIBA format.
• To continually upgrade the library with new up to date information and update schedules of suppliers and manufacturers and maintain this database in coordination with procurement department.
• Assist the design team in the production of full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentation.
• To prepare Sample boards in conjunction with the design team.
• Keep track records of all Clients presentations, samples and mood boards.
• Assist the Design team with Clients and board meetings. Drafting minutes of meetings, create Clients database and maintain meetings schedules.
• Production and maintenance of FF&E specification control books for all areas of the project within the scope of work.
• Assist the design team in creating FF&E BOQ for each project. Liaise with Commercial Department and get assistance on the BOQ budget.
• Categorize the FF&E package and identify missing info and specifications. Prepare tender queries and clarifications.
• Assist the Design team in the selection of materials and finishes and create finishes schedules.
• Prepare and coordinate all FF&E documentation required for Tender and Construction submission with all company department.
