FF&E Package Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- This role ensures that all FF&E elements align with project specifications, budgets, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- The FF&E Package Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, coordination, and delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment packages.
- Understand the owner's vision and interpret it into convenient design descriptions and briefs with a focus on all FF&E components.
- Manages detailed design drawings, drafting, as well as preparing presentation boards.
- Oversees the sketched initial plan and designs

- Ability to read and interpret floor plans: review and comment on Design Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate the selection of FF&E with clients and architects/designers
- Experience drafting a draft furniture layout for modular systems and office furniture
- Develop FF&E project schedules, monitor progress, and complete projects on schedule
- Resolve or assist in the resolutions of conflicts within and between projects or timelines; develop methods to monitor project
or area progress; provide corrective supervision if necessary
- Facilitate client meetings effectively
- Experience managing projects through to the final installation
- Good knowledge of material, finishes, and suppliers
- Interest and knowledge in the latest design trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture / interior design or relevant engineering degree
- 10 years experience 5+ years of experience in FF&E management, interior design, or project management. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E materials, sourcing, and installation processes. Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
