1) Filling machine production & maintenance as per plan
2) Daily GMP execution of respective area & equipment
3) 100 % Interlock compliance / CCP /Safety compliance
4) Daily logbook recording, critical parameters monitoring & why why analysis
5) Preventive maintenance of filler, filling process & mass blend
REQUIREMENTS
1) He should have complete knowledge of SIPA filler operation, process operations & mass blend operation.
2) Complete knowledge & hand on experience for maintenance of SIPA filler, mass blend & process operations
3) Must have knowledge of all quality, process, parameters & recipe making for SIPA filling machine / Brix /CO2 & Multiple SKU handling of CSD filling machine.
4) Complete knowledge of Syrup Process equipment’s & linkages to filling machine
