Financial Analyst

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Preparing detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Conducting monthly financial performance reviews and providing insights to management
• Creating comprehensive financial reports and dashboards
• Analysing cost structures and identifying opportunities for savings
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with either a Master’s of Business Administration or Chartered qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) and Finance qualification (preferably CFA)
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role, within a large international or multicultural organisation
• Extensive knowledge of modelling and business plans
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, and Microsoft Office software, and SAP/ECM
• Ideally have a background of working in the Middle East
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
