JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly qualified Financial Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Qatar, possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, and hold certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA. Bilingual proficiency is preferred. • Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the company's financial performance.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards
Requirements:
• Locally available in Qatar.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or control roles.
• Professional certification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is preferred.
Salary:
QAR
15,000 to 17,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
