JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Create an environment of affection to motivate both staff members and guests.
• Provide training to the employees for spa and recruiting them as well.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the clients.
• Manage the team activities being a strong team player.
• Responsible for handling financial budgets of the spa properly.
• Develop a firm and long term market area for the spa to make it working efficiently.
• Oversee the functions of human resource department.
• Develop the strategies of marketing related to the spa as well.
• Ensure that the enthusiasm and commitment towards the team.
• Maintain the YOUR Spa standards with all staff
• Generation of spa promotions to achieve financial growth (Services, Retail)
• Ensure the highest level of guest services are achieved throughout the spa
• Coordinate with the construction design company in order to obtain the right set-up, design and look for the spa
• Develop and plan spa treatments and fitness concepts
• Assist ownership or management with concepts and ideas to keep YOUR Spa ahead of its competition and in the cutting edge of the Spa industry.
• Staffing:
a. Hiring staff
b. Motivation of staff to perform at their highest abilities
c. Performance Evaluation and Disciplinary procedures
• Budget
a. Forecasting
b. Yield management of Spa physical and human capacity vs. demand to enhance revenue
c. Maintain guidelines of budget
• Meetings
a. Departmental
b. Operations
c. Quality

REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to motivate and train staff
2. Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
3. Ability to work cohesively with all Spa areas & co-workers as part of a team
4. Ability to schedule various services for individuals and large groups
5. Ability to guest speak about the Spa, its concepts and services
6. Retail purchasing and inventory
7. Ability to focus attention on details
8. Flexibility in schedule
9. Ability to follow budgetary guidelines
