JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Search are currently working with a leading EPC Construction company who are looking to secure the services of an experience General Manager to manage their Middle East EPC business.
The General Manager will be responsible for;
- Managing the operational process to meet customer expectations and achieve the business financial and operational targets
- Establishing and managing the companies strategic and operational plans
- Oversee multiple departments relating to the overall running of the business
- Business development
- Resource allocation and management
- Managing the companies
REQUIREMENTS
.- Mechanical/Electrical degree
- Minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas industry experience at a senior level
- 2+ years experience at a General Manager level
- Previous experience working in the Middle East
- Previous experience working for an independent O&G company preferred
