JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Welcome to Apt Resources! As a key player in the recruitment industry, we are looking for an Arabic-speaking General Manager for our client's Air conditioning company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing the company's reputation for excellence and providing exceptional customer service. You'll take charge of managing the daily operations of our business, driving strategic initiatives, and collaborating with their talented team to achieve lasting success.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee daily operations and workflow of the company
• Develop and implement a management strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
• Create and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization
• Manage and report on company finances including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L statements
• Develop and manage marketing strategies to promote the company brand
• Supervise and manage the performance of company employees
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field• GCC experience is a must, Qatar experience will be a big plus
• At least 7 years of experience in senior-level management within the Airconditioning industry
• Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with different stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and employees at all levels, with a friendly customer service-oriented manner
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a track record of driving results
• Reference check is compulsory
• Attested Educational certificates are a must
