JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As a General Sales Manager, you will manage the sales of World Leading Tire brands, Automotive Spare Parts, Storage Equipments, Workshop Equipments. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Attain profit objectives, increase sales and market share. Responsible for satisfactory sales and profits as determined by operating plans and budgets.
- Analyze customer base at assigned locations. Identify ways to increase business of existing customers and ways to target new ones.
- Plan sales promotions.
- Oversee all aspects of training of new Sales Representatives and analyze areas for improvement for existing sales associates. Observe their sales techniques and provide feedback on ways to improve.
- Ensure all Sales Managers/Representatives have a full understanding of product application and are well rounded in all aspects of our business.
- Ensure all needs to customer are met to their satisfaction. Work with Sales Managers & Representatives to efficiently resolve any outstanding issues customers may have.
- Prepare and review marketing programs.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to sales associates and customers.
- Assist with a variety of other duties as required by the General Manager.
- This position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, significant travel will be required.
- Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision, and be willing to attend appropriate training sessions.
- A full understanding of retail/commercial tire products applications, and a proven ability to sell in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products is highly desirable.
- This position will be reporting to the General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Required Experience : Min 15 Years in Tires, Automotive Spare Parts, Garage Equipments, Workshop Equipments etc.
- Candidates should have experience in GCC countries in the similar role.
- Preference shall be given to candidates who speaks Arabic.
- Should have a graduate in Commerce/Business, MBA also preferred.
