JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a leading group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Group HR Manager.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with senior management and executives developing strong relationships / business partnering to ensure the company achieves their goals and targets in line with the business strategy. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR Division and will have exposure to all areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, payroll performance management, developing / redefining policies and procedures, change management, training and development as well as compensation and benefits whilst working with the current HR systems.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have a strong and personable character with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the same role and should be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and lead a team whilst working with senior executives. You should also have a proven track record of implementing new policies and procedures and have a strong generalist experience within Qatar or in the GCC. Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential.
