Head Bartender
Position Title: Head Bartender
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K QAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, uniform, and joining ticket
Job Location: Doha, Qatar
About the Client:
One of the leading 5 Star Luxury Resort Hotel located in Doha, Qatar
Job Description:
• Implement International Bar standards, policies & procedures relating to beverage service in the hotel
• Set high standard performance of team from training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality and creativity of execution.
• Share knowledge, skills and flare in presenting beverages to hotel patrons.
• Show passion in running the bar to ensure the team provides a seamless and exceptional service for our guests.
• Responsible for direct supervision of bartenders during preparation and service overall.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Eastern European and Latin American nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Diploma or any relevant certificates
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role from 5 Star luxury hotels
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
