JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Manage and lead the kitchen operations
- Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations
- Fully in charge of hiring and developing staff training
- Oversee the work of subordinates
- Credentials in Health & Safety Training
REQUIREMENTS
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the same role
- Strong background in Mediterranean/Asian cuisine and fine dining experience
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
