JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Currently recruiting for a large contractor based in Doha who are looking to recruit a Head of Procurement for ELV. This is a new position where you will be working with and reporting in directly to the General Manager. The Contractors work of various projects from Engineering, Technology and Electrical.
Main Duties:
• Technical- developing procedures and policies in relation to the purchasing of all products and services
• Strategic Planning and Implementation
• Human Capital Management
• Financial Management
REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (IT Engineering, Telecom Engineering etc.)
• 10 years experience
• Nationality recognised Certificate such as Certified Public Purchasing Officer or Certified Purchasing Manager
