JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Charterhouse is working with a leading and highly respected bank in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Head of Training that will report to the Head of HR.

Your main responsibilities will include managing the banks training programs and career development plans to meet the training and career development needs of all staff. You will also be involved in managing the development programs for Qatari Nationals within the bank.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should hold a Degree in a related field. It is essential you have a minimum of 8 years' experience in training or L&D, of which, at least 6 years' should be in the banking or financial sector. Preference will be given to Arabic speakers for this role.
