JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The supervisor is obligated to monitor all workers on a daily basis and conduct rounds within all kitchens inside the network at all times. Moreover, to monitor all kitchens’ supplies and to proactively request the necessary materials to ensure the continuity of work.

• Ensure the cleanliness of kitchens on a daily basis.
• Monitor the expiry dates of food/items supplies.
• Ensure the cleanliness of workers, their clothes and general appearance.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports approved by the Management
• Providing an alternative worker in the event of absence or illness.
• Confirm and sign violations as stipulated in the contract.
• Daily communication with the management

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years minimum Experience as a Hospitality Supervisor in Qatar
• Secondary Education Graduate
• Able to work in fast-paced and in a high-pressure environment
• Proficient in the English and Arabic
• Food profession principles and practices
