Job Description
- The daily operations of the entire operation (or specific functions) of the Housekeeping Department to maintain a consistent standard of cleanliness of all guest accommodation, public areas, and other facilities in line with guest expectations
- Provide regular feedback to employees on performance and teamwork
- Provide training for all Heartists on all aspects of the departmental operating procedures
- At all times, keeping updated on product knowledge of facilities and related activities
- Resolving guest complaints to the guest's satisfaction within your level of authority
- Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation
- Abiding by the guidelines set out in the Heartiest Handbook
- Carrying out any other duties as directed by your Manager or Supervisors
Requirements:
Qualifications- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of similar experience
- Past experience working in the Middle East
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to develop rapport with colleagues and management staff
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Preferably female candidates.
