JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a local and well respected, diversified group that is looking to hire a professional HR Manager.
As the HR Manager you will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing a diverse HR Team, focussing on rebuilding the HR Division. The successful candidate should possess excellent management skills and be conversant with all aspects of HR, specifically policies and procedures, compensation and benefits and organisational development.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role you should be Degree qualified in an HR related field, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience. You should also have excellent knowledge of the Qatari labour laws and be fluent in English and Arabic. An excellent package is on offer with a reputed and secure organisation.
