JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Monitoring and tracking employee record related to visa, residence permit, gate pass, medical and fingerprint schedule.
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick leave are tracked in the system
• Completing termination paperwork and benefits
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Arranging the ticket and hotel booking
• Preparation of documents for new employee’s bank account opening
• Answering employee questions, processing incoming mail, preparing reports, preparing new employee files and serving as a point person for all new employee questions
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
• Effective organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
