JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Develops training for employees in the facility; delivers training as requested by management and according to the employee life cycle
• Maintains continual communication with the Site Safety Manager regarding inefficiencies in safe work procedures
• Provide and/or manage monthly or annual ongoing/refresher training in topics relevant to the service and service area and in a timely manner
• Performs periodic reviews of employees’ training needs and driver’s license and background information
• Assist HSE Manager in recruitment process
• Participate in the development and administration of customer safety awareness programs, and company-sponsored safety programs
REQUIREMENTS
• OSHA certificates in safety management (required)
• Government recognized training certificate (required)
• 10+ years of work experience
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers on all levels and be able to work well with diverse groups
• Ability to compose notifications and memos
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint program functions
• Ability to understand and follow safety rules and regulations; ability to update employee safety and training records
• Ability to use business office equipment
• Microsoft 365 - Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.), PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
