Human Resources Director
Location: Qatar
Role
To lead the Human Resources Department for a major Construction company that is mainly focussed on Qatar but also operates in other locations around the region. The role includes responsibility for assisting the lead managers in man power planning, managing the existing recruitment team and developing and improving company policies.
Essential Requirements
Degree qualified in relevant subject
Previously worked in the construction sector for a contractor
Excellent knowledge of man power planning
Proven ability to improve and lead a companies HR function and therefore staff attrition rates
Stable track record
Previous Middle East experience
Arabic speaker preferred but this is not essential

This role will suit an HR Director with an excellent track record keen to take on a challenging role where they can bring about real change. With previous experience in the construction industry and proven track record in the intricacies specific to HR in this industry.
