JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Modeler to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic modeling and analysis, with the ability to work on a range of projects and contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and calibrate hydraulic models for water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater systems
- Conduct analysis and simulations to assess the performance of hydraulic systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate hydraulic modeling into overall project designs
- Provide technical support and expertise in hydraulic modeling to project teams and clients
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in hydraulic modeling and apply them to projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in hydraulic modeling software such as EPANET, SWMM, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex hydraulic data
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to hydraulic modeling and water systems
