POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides overall support for Interface Management during design, construction and commissioning stages. The position is an important role with responsibility to support the monitoring, tracking and assessment of proposed interfaces and works closely with the Interface Manager. Updates construction interface log, monitors interface trackers, tracks design changes and monitors issues/problems and develops options to resolve.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check new drawings for Construction of the Interfaces before Publishing IFC Drawings
• Interface Log updates and follow-up on Construction Interface Logs and Landscape Interface Tracker
• Develop and update Utility Availability Charts for all the Services per each District
• Review, monitor and track the Interface changes and provide input to the various Project Reports.
• Interface and coordinate with the design consultant(s) when proposed design change BOQ and other cost related documentation is not fully compliant in order to expedite the review and approval process.
• Maintain the interface management log and support the maintenance and tracking of interfaces. Support and develop the Monthly Reports and highlight critical interfaces.
• Attend Biweekly Site Interface meeting with Client Interface Manager, Site Project Manager, Construction Consultant and Contractors.
• Assist and perform interface engineering assessment and coordinate the review with other project team members to facilitate a comprehensive analysis.
• Prepare and issue the Interface Management Logs to the Clients, Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, Construction Consultant and the Adjacent 3rd Party Developers.
• Prepare Weekly, Biweekly & Monthly Report
• Assist in Preparation of the Weekly, Biweekly & Monthly Presentation to the Client.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Interface Project Manager.
