Our client in Qatar is looking to hire IT Support Manager
Requirements
-Bachelors' degree in IT
- Certifications: Office 365, ITIL
- 10+ years of experience in IT Support and Service management
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced knowledge of O365,including Outlook, Exchange Online, Azure AD & Microsoft tools
- Experience in the use of ITIL compliant ITSM tools such as Manage Engine, ServiceNow or equivalent
