Lead Flight Sourcing Analyst - Qatar Airways - Doha
As a Lead Flight Sourcing Analyst you will be accountable for the generation and execution of charter flights utilization plan for Qatar Airways Cargo network. You will analyze operational and commercial performance of team of freighters and charters and execute to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate analysis of utilization, profitability and reporting. You will handle and prepare contracts and manage both commercial and legal elements.

- Track and manage current operational and commercial performance of the freighters and the charters.
- Contribute to device strategies to increase utilization, improve profitability when looking at charters.
Charter Process:
- Supervise the overall process making sure the delivery is swift, that all deadlines are met and that answers given to customers are clear.
- Supervise the legal and contractual process for charters, and manage the commercial elements.
- Define and supervise reporting of the charter activities.
- Explore short term to long term charter possibilities to improve Qatar Airways results.
- Identify best sourcing for the request.
- Research feasibility and market price of charters and propose optimal price for charters to maximize profitability.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of job-related experience with a minimum of 04 years’ experience in Airline industry.
A higher education in mathematics and analytical studies is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, strong leadership, organisational and coordination skills is mandatory for this position. You will require superior analytical planning ability, judgement and analysis to excel in this role.
Any hands-on experience in analytical planning, operational scheduling systems and exposure to IATA and TACT regulations will be an added advantage.
