JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a leading conglomerate in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire an ambitious and career focused Learning and Development Officer to be based in their Doha head office.
This is an integral role where you will work alongside the Head of L&D and assist in identifying development needs. You will design, create and deliver solutions across the organisation at all levels. You will also be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and demonstrating the degree of success achieved for all learning and development interventions. Your key tasks will include creating, designing and delivering statutory, mandatory developmental and organisational change learning and development programmes as well as managing training requirements for new and existing staff across all areas of the organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role. You should have excellent coaching, personal and time management skills. It is essential you are approachable, flexible, highly organised and able to prioritise your workload. You should be an excellent team player committed to your own personal development and a self-starter who is ambitious, proactive and positive. Arabic would be advantageous.
