JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a renowned local bank. Our client is looking to hire an Arabic Speaking Learning and Development Specialist who will report to the Head of HR.

You will assist the Head of HR in managing the banks’ learning and development activities to ensure that these programs, alongside training are identified and delivered as per the business needs and in line with the bank’s objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should hold a university Degree in a related field. You should also possess at least 5 years’ experience in training / learning and development 3 of which should be within the banking or financial sector. It is essential you are an Arabic speaker who is already based in Qatar.
